A new vegetarian restaurant, Planta Cosina has opened its newest location in Logan Circle on 1460 P St NW.
The popular menu includes traditional rolls such as watermelon as ahi tuna, eggplant transforms into unagi, hearts of palm sub in for crab, and the dragon roll constructed with avocado and broccoli. The restaurant also has a rich cocktail menu which includes Lych Please loops in lyche gin and citrus, and a tequila-based shot with chile de arbol, mixed with citrus and pineapple.
Planta Cosina has additional locations in Chicago, Atlanta, Florida, New York and LA.
